Slow Food Made Fast: Food School with Charli Vogt, RN, MN, MPH

Ever want to cook something that usually takes hours in just minutes? Come learn how to cook really great food in less time. We are happy to have Charli Vogt R.N back to Harris & Clark for another exciting food school Saturday, November 8th from 1-2:30pm. Charli will be demonstrating the wonderful ways to use a pressure cooker. By using a pressure cooker, you keep more nutrients in your meals through steam cooking. Experience how to prepare chicken with lentils, spinach and carrots, and a really amazing beef pot roast. Charli might even experiment with a pressure cooker dessert.     can any post on a personal blog (with disclaimer that it is his personal view) be used by any brand for filing a case against an individual for ‘brand tarnishing’ etc?….

    I know anything you write is technically copyrighted, but I’m not sure how you could prove that it was your original material…..

    How do I go about removing articles that breach copyright?…
